About Principal Domini Nailer

Domini Nailer has worked in the field of Education since 1997 and began her career as an elementary classroom teacher and a middle school teacher. She later became District Curriculum Coordinator and Educational Director serving over 2,100 K-12 students.

She holds her BA in Elementary Education from the University of Detroit, Mercy and her Masters in the Art of Teaching from Marygrove College.

Principal Nailer is a strong advocate for educating the “whole child” including social, emotional and cognitive skills by working with community partnerships and developing strong relationships with parents, students and staff.

Principal Nailer believes that all children can learn but each learns in a different way and at different rates. Keeping the atmosphere positive is the key to success as well as keeping the lines of communication open among staff, students and parents. Principal Nailer feels that teamwork is the ultimate way a school can be successful in reaching the goal of helping a child attain his or her full potential.
